With deep experience that includes 18 years with professional services firms including Appirio and Fujitsu, Rich is among the best in the business at delivering the value-driven solutions and outcomes-based results that lead to deep, trusted relationships with clients of all sizes, across all industries.
Rich holds a B.A. from Northern Illinois University. When he’s not on-site with clients, he spends his time with family and friends cooking, having fun – and laughing loudly!
Molly brings more than 25 years’ experience in all aspects of marketing to her role as Director, Customer Experience. As an Accredited Customer Experience Champion and Certified Process Professional Coach, she is a proven leader and client advocate with a proven record of improving customer satisfaction, reducing complexity and driving revenue growth through CX initiatives.
Prior to joining Wave6, Molly worked in the manufacturing vertical for over 20 years. In her most recent position, she led the global customer experience team for the Power Solutions segment of Danfoss. Molly led digital initiatives across the Salesforce platform for 10-years and she is a past speaker at the annual Dreamforce user conference.
Molly holds a B.A. in Marketing from Buena Vista University and M.B.A from the University of Iowa, Tippie School of Business. In her free time, Molly spends her time traveling, attending concerts and enjoying the outdoors.
Neale has over 20 years of technology expertise as a consultant as well as in the corporate sector. He brings 12+ years of high-value Salesforce.com project experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Custom Development, Data Migration and Integration engagements. Over the past 15+ years Neale has built highly-tuned practices with a focus on repeatable process, as well as developed and assisted with core delivery teams as a resource.
Prior to joining Wave6, Neale held strategic sales roles at both Appirio and Perceptive Software. Neale holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Arkansas Tech University and resides in the Kansas City area with his wife and 3 children.
Nate brings 15 years of Salesforce.com CRM Sales/Service Cloud, development and integration experience. He is a Salesforce.com Certified Technical Architect, a designation held globally by ~120 experts not employed at Salesforce.com.
In the past 7 years, Nate has delivered 30+ Salesforce.com implementation projects and advised over 50 enterprise CRM teams on architecture and development best practice using Salesforce.com. He is recognized as an advisor to business and IT leaders in master data management, data integration and application lifecycle management best practices and is a past speaker at the annual Dreamforce user conference.
Prior to joining Wave6, Nate held positions at McKinsey & Company advising executives on CRM and Cloud strategy. He also served as the VP of Solution Engineering at Appirio.
Nate holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University and resides in the Kansas City area with his wife and 3 children.
Kathryn has been fortunate to spend her career guiding organizations in leveraging their data to create practical analytical solutions that transform everyday interactions – most recently at Appirio as a Senior Salesforce Consultant and previously at the University of Arkansas as a Director of Data & Academic Systems as well as at Walmart Inc. as a Legal Researcher for Licensing & Compliance. As part of the first cohort of Salesforce Analytics Champions, she is passionate about teaching others how to use Einstein Analytics to tell more effective stories with their data in order to drive better business decisions.
Kathryn earned a Juris Doctor degree and a Master of Information Systems from the University of Arkansas and resides in Fayetteville, Arkansas with her husband and son.
Phil has 10 years of technology expertise as an enterprise architect and strategic consultant, mainly working for Fortune 500 companies.
With a strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, Phil also brings extensive experience in Quote-to-Cash and Services transformation. As an advocate in process first, he firmly believes technology should be an enabler of a process, not the solution. Phil’s experience extends to pre-sales, recruiting, team management and strategic consulting.
Prior to joining Wave6, he held positions at Appirio, FinancialForce and Accenture. Phil holds a computer science degree, a bachelor of software engineering and a MBA from various schools around the world. Phil lives in Montreal with his wife and 3 children. He is an avid food fanatic, and loves to share a good meal with friends and family at home or restaurants.
