As CEO, Rich Rivara leads the firm’s go-to-market strategy, business development and marketing activities. With deep experience that includes 18 years with professional services firms including Appirio and Fujitsu, Rich is among the best in the business at delivering the value-driven solutions and outcomes-based results that lead to deep, trusted relationships with clients of all sizes, across all industries.
Rich holds a B.A. from Northern Illinois University. When he’s not on-site with clients, he spends his time with family and friends cooking, having fun – and laughing loudly!
Nate Shilling joins Wave6 as Senior Vice President.
He brings 15 years of Salesforce.com CRM Sales/Service Cloud, development and integration experience. Nate is a Salesforce.com Certified Technical Architect, a designation held globally by ~120 experts not employed at Salesforce.com.
In the past 7 years, Nate has delivered 30 Salesforce.com implementation projects and advised over 50 enterprise CRM teams on architecture and development best practice using Salesforce.com. He is recognized as an advisor to business and IT leaders in master data management, data integration and application lifecycle management best practices and is a past speaker at the annual Dreamforce user conference.
Prior to joining Wave6, held positions at McKinsey & Company advising executives on CRM and Cloud strategy and at Appirio he served the team of Technical Architects as the VP Solution Engineering.
Nate holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University and resides in the Kansas City area with his wife and 3 children.
Shoby is responsible for managing the firms consulting and delivery teams. Prior to joining Wave6, Shoby started and managed the Salesforce Consulting and Product Development practices at 7Summits, with a focus on Community Cloud, Service Cloud and Platform development. His extensive Salesforce experience also includes Mavens Consulting, Model Metrics and Salesforce.com, where he helped partners build and deliver commercial apps on the Force.com™ platform.
Across his career, Shoby has consulted for some of the biggest brands in the world, including General Electric, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Tyco, Digital River, Boeing, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Eli Lilly.
He holds an M.B.A. from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, an M.S. in Software Engineering from DePaul University, and a B.S. in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a Salesforce Certified Professional with Programmer I, Developer and App Builder certifications.
Kevin brings more than 20 years’ experience leading sales, marketing and consulting organizations to his role as Senior Vice President of Sales. He is a proven sales leader with a tremendous track record of establishing true customer, partner and vendor relationships that deliver results and drive growth.
Prior to joining Wave6, Kevin held strategic sales roles at both Salesforce and Accenture. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas, Dallas. In his downtime, you can find him immersed in playing, writing and recording music as well as exploring the outdoors.
